{romantic passions}

This model has beautiful very layered hair. Taking this style in sections and pinning creates a solid foundation for an elegant look. KEY: Avoid hair pins or bobby pins showing. This is a big NO NO. It looks like it's not quite finished. To finish, place hair jewelry or flowers over pins.

Carry on with your romantic pulled together look with these items. Yes, I know it's fall! Let me remind you that there is always room for a bit of softness and femininity in a look. You don't have to wear everything in this look but can take a piece and blend it with your favorite fall colors.

[living in luxurious love dreams]

....getting a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of family allows
dreams to come into reality. Now back to the real world and the tinsel covered trees, muffler scarves triple wrapped. Thank goodness the warmth of love has smoothed out all the wrinkles of life beautiful imperfections.

Fashion Junkies Unite

When growing up in Los Angeles in the 80's, I horded magazines and papered my walls literally with magazine clippings. I had always thought that I was going to be a top world traveling model. Then all the supermodels hit the scene and I was entranced.

Leading to a Wall of Beauty
My wallpaper changed constantly with inspiring pictures of gorgeous clothes and fabulous faces. Always inspired by and enjoyed the thoughts of what the next issues of magazines would bring.

Realizing I was ready to have my surroundings beautiful, I observed my friends rooms in their homes. Their mothers allowed some posters on their walls of rock stars to be specifically placed in their elegant rooms, I took down my tear sheets and put them into a notebook which became my own personal magazine.

Homemade Magazines :)
I flipped through the luxurious homemade magazines daily. Always inspired by what was happening in fashion, I continually changed out my book as well while enjoying my then popular Laura Ashley bedroom.

After being hands on in the fashion industry through working with hair and makeup and styling for camera, video and runway for 20+ years, and being into real estate and adoring homes with possibility of becoming something to be adored... I have decided to start a blog which brings together all that I love into one spot.

Ideally this will bring some inspiration to those whom I know who have asked my hand in projects over the years as well as some who I might never meet but bring inspiration to what you love around you.

I welcome feedback and will gladly take on inspirational ideas from you if you've got something you've wondered about.

Here's to our fabulous style!
